How the Features Work
⚠️
Over-Range Warning

If weight exceeds 100 kg / 220 lb, the screen shows "FULL" and the red LED flashes. Remove weight immediately to avoid damaging the platform and sensor.

💤
Auto Power Off

If the weight on the platform doesn't change for 10 minutes, the scale shuts off automatically to save battery.

🔄
Power-On Self-Test

Runs automatically at startup — takes less than 2 seconds.

⚖️
Tare Function

Works across the full 100 kg range — you can tare out a heavy tank and still read the net refrigerant weight accurately.

Safety & Care
⚠️ Do's and Don'ts

✅ Use the scale only within the specified temperature and humidity range
✅ Replace batteries before the display becomes unstable — a bad reading at the wrong time can throw off a charge
✅ Remove batteries if storing the scale for an extended period — leaking batteries can corrode the internals

❌ Do not use chemical solvents or corrosive liquids to clean the scale
❌ Do not disassemble the scale body or internal components — this will cause weighing errors
❌ Do not yank or stretch the spiral cable — this can damage the sensor and throw off accuracy
❌ Do not exceed 100 kg / 220 lb on the platform

💡 Pro Tip for Techs

Always tare the scale with the tank on it before opening valves — that way you're reading net refrigerant flow, not guessing from a starting weight.
